Ms. Kiran Saple, who was born as the fourth daughter in a less privileged middle-class family, grew up in a small town filled with loads of aspirations but only limited opportunities. Despite her financial struggles at odds, her indomitable spirit attracted her to pursue a professional degree in Engineering, defying all odds.

Pursuing her ambitions, she decided to make a bold step and triumphantly moved to the UAE. She was solely determined to build a better future for better prospects. She started off her career journey as a counter sales girl at a leading distributor company in the UAE. Her extraordinary customer service and dedication set her on a unique platform to move on and to excel. Fortified by her customers’ trust and support, she took a bold leap of faith and ventured into building her own business.

Back In 2005, nurturing her transformative vision from home, she started a small-scale distribution business specializing in spare parts for the Electrical, Electronics, IT, Mechanical, and Health & Safety (EEMI&S) industries. With her steadfast perseverance and customer loyalty, her venture quickly flourished into a prosperous enterprise.

She began to realize that it was through hard work and determination, that her dreams had come to pass and she eventually became a source of empowerment for others, quickening their spirits. With a small but dedicated team, she transformed her business into a beacon of hope, focusing especially on young girls who, like her, aspired to support their families and break barriers to achieve success.

Her vision for CAMED is as clear as crystal, to create opportunities for hardworking, ambitious, and creative youth, particularly young girls, helping them turn their dreams into reality and uplift their families.
