74HC08D AND Gate, 74HC08, 2 Input, 5.2 mA, 2 V to 6 V. The 74HC08D is a quad 2 input AND gate. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.
